Fans of Spanish Formula 1 veteran, Pedro De La Rosa now have an incredible chance to own his race suit from the 2002 Formula 1 season, his second with the “Big Cats”.

Description

During Jaguar’s time in Formula 1, OMP provided the racing kit for the “Big Cats’. The suits were manufactured to conform with the FIA’s regulations at the time whilst also being as lightweight as possible and also incorporating all of the team’s branding and sponsorship requirements.

History

Pedro De La Rosa was a rising star in the 1990’s claiming the British and European Formula Renault titles and was also the Formula Nippon and All Japan GT (now Super GT) Championship titles in 1997. 

Following a two-year stint with the Arrows AsiaTech team, the Spanish driver moved to the Jaguar team for 2001 and 2002, racing alongside Irish driver, Eddie Irvine.
