GPX Store ships all of the packages from our main store in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For those looking for priority shipping, please get in touch with us and we will provide you a custom quotation (DHL Express). If you are living in the UAE, you also have the option of pick-up your order in our store.
Each customer will be provided a tracking number for their order once it is made available by the shipping handler.
You are able to return a product within a 7 day period of its purchase. In order for it to be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase/invoice must also be present. Please note that you will need to cover the shipping costs of your return and shipping costs are non refundable.
Once the returned item has reached us, we will immediately notify you once the item has reached us. We will then inspect the return item and if your return is accepted, we will issue a refund to your payment method.
A lot of the products in the memorabilia category in our store are items that carry with them racing history, as a lot of them have been race used. Thus, such damage is part of the value of the product and does NOT classify as damaged goods. All of the items in the category have detailed images that show the product from all angles. Stains, scuffs, dents etc. are all part of the item's history.
