This bright orange jacket came out just as Berger joined Senna at Honda McLaren. It is detailed with offical branding from McLaren, Honda and their iconic title sponsor at the time, Marlboro, who influenced the white and red livery of the cars during the 1980s and 1990s. The jacket also features the Brazilian and Austrian flags on the back and Gerhard Berger and Ayrton Senna’s names.

Friendships in Formula One are rare but Ayrton Senna and Gerhard Berger made it work in a three-year span as teammates at McLaren Honda between 1990 and 1992. The pair won a total of 19 races (three for Berger and sixteen for Senna) and Ayrton Senna was crowned world champion twice in this time frame, in 1990 and 1991.

Please note that these are genuine, vintage jackets of the era and as such can have signs of age. This jacket in particular has light black stains in the front near the front logo print.
