This car was manufactured to compete in just one race, the 1939 Tripoli Grand Prix and with Alfred Neubauer in command of the team, the Silver Arrows claimed a 1–2 finish with drivers Hermann Lang and teammate Rudolf Caracciola.

This lovely model perfectly details the car's cigar style shape, which was the common figure for Grand Prix cars in the 1930's and is detailed with team's livery.
