Fitted with the original leather lining and a set of goggles (needed to see at high speeds), this is a truly unique piece of memorabilia that would be perfect for the motorcycle racing enthusiast. |
History  The Norton motorcycle company is one of the oldest in motorsport history. Founded in 1901 by James Lawerence Norton, his company began to use Swiss and French engines and by 1902 the company had made it’s first motorcycle. In 1907, Norton won the first ever Isle of Man TT race and would go on to take victory 10 times before WWI and the company would enjoy even more success after WWII taking a victory on every single appearance from 1947 to 1954. |
