Everyone loves a beautiful model from the incredible team at Amalgam don't they? Well here is one of our favourite and most special pieces, the Dragon Racing Ferrari 458 Italia GT3 which won the 2014 24 hours of Dubai in the Pro-Am Class.

Description

The team at Amalgam have as always done an incredible job to accurately portray and incorporate all of the technical features of the Ferrari 458 Italia GT car but have also gone to great lengths to get the livery and aesthetic details correct too.

This 1:8 model is mounted onto a beautiful black base, making this a wonderful display piece that you can show off in your home or office with pride.

History

In 2014, the Dragon Racing team entered two Ferrari 458 Italia GT3s into the Dubai classic with drivers Khaled Al Mudhaf, Mohammed Jawa, our good friend and historic Grand Prix pilot, Jordan Grogor and our founder, Frederic Fatien at the wheel of the #888 machine.

The four drivers completed a total of 586 laps on the international circuit layout and finished the race in 6th position overall, 54 seconds ahead of the second place Pro-Am car.
