Description

Naspetti’s helmet design is iconic and eye catching courtesy of the simple yet elegant helmet design and the fact that the crash helmet is dressed in the colours of the Italian tricolour.

History

Naspetti was an up and coming Italian racing driver in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s. In 1988 the Italian from Ancona won the Italian F3 Championship and stepped up to the FIA International F3000 Championship driving for Roni Motorsport Reynard Ford Q8 team. Naspetti would go on to compete in the championship for another three years before taking a gamble to move to F1 before the end of the season (whilst leading the championship).

This Arai helmet has been finished with the Italian drivers sponsors for that season, Camel and Nordica as well as some battle scars from the gruelling world of racing.
